First time stayed and experiencing sangyang resort
The room is comfortable The pool staff was friendly comparing the staff in sunset grill .. The reception staff very helpful.. Clean area .. ambiance Security were very friendly i believe they were the friendliest staff in your hotel
..sunset grill was a rip off ..not welcomed as we are the in house guests .. supposed to be put as a first prior compare the guests from outside ..but we were treated bad unwelcomed very annoying..crew or staff mostly untrained and snob including the manager in charge ... We were approached unwelcome ..before we even sat down they already tell us the minimum charge for us family with kids as we stayed by their gazebo ... And looking at their behavior smoking during service in the service area or serving area is not a good sightseeing... Manager not very helpful..snob snob snob Staff were snob snob snob or perhaps dunno what they have to do as they were untrained... Table plenty ants and table were wet uncleaned ..no tissues and i believe not attentive to the need of customers ..busy doing what they think not customers oriented Makanannya so so aja normal lah buat hotel ..minuman nya using the plastic cup for that price woow its not even a blast to look at sunset with windy weather and you have drink in plastic cup not class at all Hope next time we visit it will better ... Trll yiur staff to take a customer as their family than they will deliver good service and achieve what we called hospitality Gesture...greeting that was lacks from ur staff over there ..a shame that it was great spot for sunset but we felt rip off

Pleasant
I like the private villa. We can utilize the kitchen and refrigerator. It's actually great for family trip. And still can visit Sambolo beach nearby. But, not really comfortable compare to other tourist beach in Bali.
I expect to have beach sands at the resort. But, I can only found rocky beach. And the grass is so wild. If they make it more neat and play more playground or activity, I think it would be great. They have bicycle rental, but the guy never stay in the post, so we can't rent it anyway.
